Sustainable practices from start to end

We take an end-to-end approach to sustainability in our cardboard box manufacturing process. To begin with, we make bespoke cardboard boxes that are the perfect fit for your needs, meaning there’s minimal waste in empty space.

We also cut our box templates in the optimal way to minimise waste material in the form of off-cuts. And our flexographic printing process, used to add information or designs onto your boxes, uses an environmentally-friendly water-based approach.

With bespoke boxes that are made to fit your specific needs, you’ll be able to use fewer packing materials. This is a particularly sustainable practice, given that these materials are often plastic and therefore not bio-degradable.

Our standard box design is already eco-friendly, made of 80% recycled materials and 20% sustainable wood. But we can also create cardboard boxes that are made using 100% recycled materials, if you want to maximise the sustainability of your packaging. And all of our packaging is designed to be easy to collapse, for the purpose of easy recycling.
