We’re specialist manufacturers of bespoke cardboard boxes. We’ve worked with diverse customers, creating boxes and cartons for car parts, lawn mowers, plastic signage, and much more. We can help you by producing the perfect cardboard boxes for your requirements.

The right packaging is essential to protect items in storage or transit. But it’s not always easy to find cardboard boxes or cartons in the right shape and size. Especially if you’re dealing with large, heavy, or awkwardly-shaped product. That means you have to fill the rest of the box out with packing materials, costing more money and time.

We manufacture bespoke, made-to-measure cardboard boxes that are designed specifically for your needs. Tell us what it is you’re packing, give us a set of dimensions, and we can take it from there. We also produce custom cardboard inserts to make sure your items are safe and secure inside their box, protecting them from damage when they’re being handled.

Small boxes, large boxes, and everything in-between

We can handle orders for diverse box sizes and shapes. We’ve produced cardboard boxes as small as 25mm x 25mm x 17mm for e-cigarette cartridges. And, all the way on the other end of the spectrum, we’ve made boxes as big as 4000mm x 1200mm x 120mm for shop signs.

But that’s not our limit. We can manufacture boxes up to 4m x 4m x 2.5m, for a total of 40 cubic metres in volume. So, if you have a cardboard box requirement, the chances are that we can fulfil it.

Internal corrugated cardboard sheets for protection

Even with the right-sized box, corrugated cardboard can help to further protect whatever you’re packing during transit or storage. They’re also useful to separate multiple items in the same box.

We can provide bespoke single-walled or double-walled corrugated cardboard sheets that are the perfect fit for your boxes, up to a maximum size of 4.5m x 2.5m.
